Article I — The State

1. Luminous is constituted as a symbolic sovereign micronation.

2. The state exists for civic, cultural, and educational purposes.

3. Sovereignty is internal and symbolic.

4. The capital is designated as the House Province.

5. The founding location is 27 Aster Court, Halifax.

Article II — The Sovereign

1. Executive authority is vested in the Sovereign.

2. The Sovereign is Head of State.

3. The Sovereign ratifies laws.

4. Succession is governed by Charter.

5. Authority is bound by the Constitution.

Article III — The Monarchy Council

1. Legislative authority rests with the Council.

2. The Council consists of five members.

3. Two seats are permanent founding seats.

4. Three seats are appointed.

5. All members belong to the Plan A Party.

Article IV — Citizenship

1. Citizenship is symbolic.

2. Rights include participation.

3. Citizenship implies no nationality.

4. Revocation requires due process.

Article V — Amendments

1. Amendments require Council approval.
